The Suburban Maryland Chapter of CREW
Maryland Suburban Commercial Real Estate Women, an affiliate of
the CREW Network, is an active organization of nearly 50 professional
women from all disciplines of commercial real estate.
- CREW Maryland represents over 15 different real estate specialties
– providing opportunities for networking, business deals
and career development for members.
- Almost half the women within CREW Maryland are owners, principals
or managers in their businesses, creating high level contacts
in every specialty.
- Maryland CREW provides different programs each month highlighting
issues of importance for its members including:
- Local real estate trends
- The annual “State of the Market” presentation
and
- Career development training
As a member of Maryland Suburban Commercial Real Estate Women,
you will enjoy:
- Great networking opportunities. Our founding members wanted
to create a network where successful women could exchange their
knowledge, contacts and project information. You can get to know
a dynamic group of women in commercial real estate.
- Members-only events and discounts. Members attend all CREW
meetings at discounted prices (including CREW networking events)
and some meetings are members-only events.
- Committee membership. As we all know, getting active in a group
enhances the benefit of membership.
- CREW membership directory. With all the latest information,
it becomes a well-used and valuable element on your bookshelf.
Members also receive the CREW Network directory with contacts
for 5,000 members in 50 chapters nationwide and in Canada.
- Opportunity to participate in CREW’s community service
programs. CREW members participate in various community service
projects and programs. It is just one way that we can give back
to the community.
- The clout of CREW membership. Newsletters, access to members’
only section on CREW Network web site, discounted fees for annual
convention and conferences, reduced-rate programs for insurance,
reduced rates for package delivery, reduced rates for computer-related
training, and reduced rates for travel. And a network of 5,000
professionals to help you do business nationwide.
