PROPERTY MANAGER – Commercial Office Building
Realty Capital Partners, LLC, a McLean, VA based real estate developer
seeks an experienced commercial office building property manager
for its Rockville, MD office.
-- Summary --
We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee all operational
and financial aspects of several of our office buildings located
in Montgomery County. We require exemplary customer relations skills
and a “can do” attitude. While the position is primarily
Monday through Friday, the ability to respond, in person, to after-hours
building emergencies and be on call is required. The Property Manager
is responsible for producing an annual budget, overseeing rent collection,
preparation of lease escalation and pass-through bills, overseeing
building engineering issues and weekly visits to our tenants. This
individual needs to be able to work in a time sensitive environment
and interface with vendors and contractors. Good computer skills
and familiarity with Cardin Budget software are also required.
-- Qualifications --
- 5+ years of current Commercial Office Building property management
experience
- Good knowledge of office building budgets and budget preparation
- Knowledge of office building systems including HVAC, maintenance
and Code
- Bachelors degree from an accredited College
- Maryland Real Estate Salespersons license or the ability and
willingness to get one
- A background check including credit, criminal and drug screening

This job requires some physical demands such as walking, lifting/moving
objects of up to 25 pounds, climbing a roof ladder and or stairs,
driving one’s own car to the properties, meetings, and other
local Realty Capital Partners branch offices, etc.
