CREW Maryland Suburban Awards Nominations

 

Do you know a CREW Member you’d like to recognize for their efforts?  Nominate them for an award suited just for them! Our nominations are open from October 1, 2022 through November 1, 2022. There’s no greater honor than promoting a fellow CREW Member for an award! 

Rising Star – The Emerging Leader award recognizes a professional female in the real estate industry, for her valued contributions and commitment to the industry and to the CREW Maryland Suburban chapter. This woman has shown exemplary achievements and demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments within her organization and actively works to guide and inspire those around her. This woman, from whom we anticipate big things, has distinguished herself as a go-getter with a unique outlook on the industry; a woman we see blazing into the future with character, grit and a dedication to growth. (Open to CREW Members  only, female, professional +/- 10 years of experience) 

Champion – The Champion Award recognizes a senior level, professional male in the industry who has demonstrated a commitment to fostering the careers and promoting the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry. (Open to CREW Members and Non-Members, male, senior level) 

Beyond the Stars – Awarded to a company, team or individual who has exemplified a strong commitment to social, economic and political equity. The company/team/individual has supported the equality movement through active engagement, education and policy reform to encourage diversity and reduce racial disparities. They have become a voice for inclusivity on the pathway to more fair and just systems in our communities. This leader has demonstrated the exceptional ability to motivate change, making valuable contributions to the movement, to promote the right for equal opportunities for all.  

CREW2CREW Award – The CREW2CREW Award recognizes a project/project team that demonstrated excellence in placemaking, deal making, interiors, or marketing. The team successfully worked together on a CRE development/redevelopment, major renovation, commercial transaction, interiors project, or marketing campaign that exemplifies excellence in functionality, aesthetics, resourcefulness, collaboration, and/or industry best practices. Projects in this category include mixed-use, office, retail, multifamily, apartment, condominium or any combination thereof planned through networking within CREW Maryland Suburban. The team may include architects/designers/construction managers/general contractors/finishes sources, landlord broker/agent, tenant broker/agent, seller broker/agent, buyer broker/agent, bank officer, mortgage banker, manufacturer reps, in-house professionals or other professionals, including attorneys, accountants, valuation and title experts, etc. Project or transaction must have been completed between June 2020 and September 2022. (Open to all with at least two CREW Members actively involved on the project team)
