CNCC Professional Development Event -
Real Advice from Real CREW Women

Our panel discussion is straight talk: practical, real world advice to advance you in the CRE industry, get the pay you deserve, and be recognized for your contributions.  This is not a watered down discussion of generalities. Our panel has lived the journey to the top in commercial real estate and wants you to get there too.

Do not attend if you want to remain invisible at work, be overlooked for opportunities and remain working at a lower scale of what men earn in CRE. Do attend if you are ready to be seen and heard, get fresh and rewarding opportunities, and position yourself to get the compensation you deserve. Join us if you are ready to propel your career to the highest levels. Our speakers are in positions of power today and they will share what they need to see in the people they work with, promote and reward.

Our panel will also share courageous conversations about lessons learned and the obstacles faced while rising in the ranks, including pay/project parity, DEI in the workplace, and how CREW has been instrumental in their success.
